In addition to painting, I love to spend time hiking, kayaking and gardening in our glorious Pacific Northwest.

In my paintings, I use a variety of professional grade transparent watercolors to achieve rich, vibrant watercolor paintings that glow with color and light.

When sunlight catches an ordinary object just so, or when a special color resonates with my soul — that's what inspires me. Those unexpected moments that reach out and grab your attention and that demand to be painted!
