Even when I'm busy, I get the itch to paint and start looking for little pockets of time here and there to work on a new painting. 

 

A friend of mine, Kristin, grows flowers of all types and she brought a lovely pot of tulips from her garden to work to share with everyone.  Inspiration struck and I just had to make the time to paint them!  This painting is called "Kristin's Tulips".  These tulips had all sorts of different shades of warm and cool greens as well as warm and cool reds.  That is part of what what makes them so vibrant and luscious!

This original watercolor is hand signed and titled and is already matted and framed, ready to hang!  Sizes are the painting size only -- matted and framed paintings will be a bit larger (typically 5-8" larger per side.)
