On a trip to Baja California, I saw these interesting Brown Pelicans everywhere. They are as plentiful there as sea gulls are here in the Pacific Northwest and, like sea gulls, love to hang out together on fishing boats.
When it is breeding season, their heads turn these lovely shades of yellow and red (male and female both do this) and I was so glad to get the chance to see these magnificent birds up close!
These are high quality giclee reproductions that are printed on fine art paper and come with a white border. They generally arrive at your home within 2-3 weeks of ordering, ready to be matted and framed. Most of the available sizes will fit standard frames with mats that can be found at any store or online site. When choosing a frame, the mat size should be the same as the reproduction size, and the final frame size is generally 4 - 8” larger on the width and length, depending on the size of the reproduction.
